Общая анестезия с сохраненным спонтанным дыханием через интубационную трубку

Аннотация

Цель исследования — изучить возможность сохранения спонтанного дыхания пациентов в условиях плановых оперативных вмешательств под общей анестезией с интубацией трахеи. Материал и методы. 112 больных, которым выполняли плановые оперативные вмешательства под общей эндотрахеальной анестезией, случайным методом распределены на две группы. Больным первой группы проводили принудительную ИВЛ в режиме контроля по объему, пациентам второй группы проводили вспомогательную вентиляцию легких в режиме самостоятельного дыхания с аппаратной поддержкой. Вывод. По результатам исследования показана возможность безопасного использования режима самостоятельного дыхания с аппаратной поддержкой при некоторых оперативных вмешательствах у больных с исходно здоровыми легкими.
